Cancel Certificate Approval
Explanation
This activity is used to cancel certificate approval. This can be done when,
for instance, there is a need to update the Valuation, Applied For or Certified
values.
Prerequisites
The valuation must be in the Certification In Progress status.
System Effects
The status of the valuation is reset to Planned or Application
Received, if started from the status Planned or Application
Received respectively.

Procedure
- Open the
Sub Contract Valuation window.
- Query (F3) for the valuation to which the certificate approval that is
to be cancelled is connected.
- Right-click anywhere in the header, point to Status, and then click Cancel
Certificate Approval.
- A message requiring approval of the step appears, click Yes.
