This window contains two areas. In the top area, you enter information related to new development reviews. Once you enter a date in this window, the
Employee Development Program window is automatically updated with this date for the scheduled session. Furthermore, if the
Personal Reminder portlet is set up to include counseling plans, this date also displays in that portlet.
The bottom area of this window displays a history of development reviews based on the value in the
Actual Date field in the
Employee Development Program
window.
