The Employee Development Program web page is a summary of information regarding the training and development programs for an employee.
The Development Program is divided into different sections. The Counseling Plan tab contains general information of the development review.
The other tabs contains detailed information regarding different types of activities decided during the development program discussion.
Available in Header action list:
Documents - This action will open document management.
Print Report - This action will print a report including all development information regarding the employee.
