Previewing and Printing Reports

[Using IFS Enterprise Explorer Clients] [Extracting Information in IFS Enterprise Explorer] [To Extracting Information in Enterprise Explorer]

Explanation

Printing and Previewing of Operational reports can be done in several ways in the IFS Enterprise Explorer. A report can be ordered via the Order Report Dialog on the navigator or directly from a page. Once the report is successfully ordered it can be either printed or previewed. After the report has been executed it is archived in the Archived Reports.

When the report is ordered from the Order Report dialog usually the print dialog opens. You can either print or preview the report from the print dialog. Depending on the process flow of the page you are working in, the report may open in preview mode, sent directly to printer or open the print dialog.

Note: If you want to print a report a second time, you do not have to reorder it. Unless expired, the report will still be in the archive and can be printed from there.
