Use this dialog box to set the operational condition of a serial to Non Operational. You can choose to set both the serial and its structure to non operational. The main purpose of this dialog box is to provide functionality to set a serial and its structure to non operational, for instances where faults are reported on the vehicle (e.g., aircraft) and it is not yet ready for use.
