Use this window to view the snapshots of a maintenance order. Each snapshot will contain information on the tasks and operations connected to the maintenance order at the time the snapshot was taken. Maintenance order snapshots are useful to record and keep track of the changes to the scope of a maintenance visit. For instance, the snapshot can be used to identify the differences between the initial request for maintenance and the final request (the actual maintenance visit).
Snapshots of the maintenance order can be created at any time. Furthermore, you have the option of choosing to automatically create a snapshot when releasing and finishing a maintenance order.
