Usage

Use this tab to view journal entries for the selected instruction. A journal entry is generated automatically when an instruction is activated, modified or made obsolete. The following table describes the actions for which a corresponding journal entry will be generated in the instruction journal:

Journal Category Description
Activated The instruction is activated.
Instruction modified The execution phase, function number, competence, and location of the active instruction is updated.
Material List modified Material is added to or removed from the active instruction.
Tools and Facilities modified A tool or facility was added to or removed from the active instruction.
Zones and Access Panels modified A zone and access panel is added to or removed from the active instruction.
Sign Off Requirements modified A sign off requirement is added to or removed from the active instruction.
Criticality modified A criticality is added to or removed from the active instruction.
Condition Measurements modified A condition limit is added to or removed from the active instruction.
Connected Subtasks modified A subtask was added to or removed from the active instruction.
Task Code Connections modified The active instruction is added to or removed from a task code (for all task types - interval maintenance, condition limits, modifications, faults, and life limits).
Set to Obsolete The instruction is made obsolete.
