[About Maintenance Order] [About Pending Task] [About Work Order] [To Prepare Maintenance Visit] [To Execute Maintenance Visit]

Usage

Use the Maintenance Order/Maint. Order Str./Operations tab to view or enter operations for the task you have selected in the graphical object structure. When a maintenance order is set to the Under Preparation status, predefined operations (instructions and subtasks) will be connected to all assigned tasks and these tasks will receive the same status as the maintenance order. However, if predefined operations are lacking for one or more tasks, the tasks will be set to the Incomplete status instead. You then need to manually connect operations to these tasks before they can be set to the Under Preparation status. Note that all tasks must be in the Under Preparation status before the maintenance order can be released. In this tab it is possible to connect predefined operations to tasks in the Incomplete, Under Preparation, Released and Started status.

Use the Maintenance Order/Exec. Logic/Exec. Logic Structure/Operations tab to view information on the operations that are connected to the structure level selected in the ELS (Execution Logic Structure). It is possible to enter predecessor and successor information for a selected operation of an ELO (Execution Logic Order) by right-click and click Predecessors and Successors.

An operation can be cancelled by right-clicking and clicking Cancel. The belonging maintenance order must be in the Under Preparation, Released or Started status before the operation can be cancelled.
