Usage

Use this tab to view and enter information on the operation that is connected to the work order. If the work order is PM-generated, all planned operations are copied from the PM action to this tab. If a standard job ID is entered on the Jobs tab (in Prepare Work Order or Report In Work Order), the entire operation planning is copied from the standard job to this tab. Furthermore, you can define additional qualifications (i.e., competencies and licenses) required to perform the operation. These qualifications are in addition to those defined for an HR (Human Resources) job ID that is connected to a craft.

To view time clocked for an operation, right-click on the operation line in Report In Work Order/Operations, and then click Show All Clocking. All clocked in/clocked out records by all employees for the selected operation will be displayed. To perform a structure change on a serial structure connected to the operation, right-click and then click Perform Structure Changes.

Use the Report Action Taken option when you want to enter or update information on the actions taken when performing work on an operation. In the text editor that opens you can enter the relevant actions in detail. Once saved, the recorded actions together with the current user's ID and the time and date of recording will be displayed in the Action Taken field for the operation. The information can be changed by using this option until the belonging work order becomes historical.

You can also find the Operations tab as the underlying tab on the Prepare Work Order Quotation/Prepare tab.

For the description of each tab in the window, follow the appropriate link: Allocations, Sign Off Requirements, Zones, Condition Meas..

Note: The Allocations tab is only found in Prepare Work Order/Operations and Work Order Execution Logic/Operations.
