Acknowledge Route Action

Explanation

This activity is used to view or update the actions that are associated with a route work order. You can define whether a route, e.g., inspection or cleaning, is completed or not completed. You can also enter any measurements that were recorded during completion of the action, provided that parameters and test points are defined for the corresponding object.

Procedure

  1. On the Home Screen, tap Work Orders.
  2. Tap on the the route work order for which you wish to review or update route actions and then tap Next.
  3. Tap the arrows in the header to navigate to the relevant route action.
  4. Tap Complete or Not Complete and then tap Save.
  5. Observe that the status of the route action is changed to Completed or Not Completed.
  6. Optionally, enter an inspection note.
  7. Optionally, tap Measures to enter any values recorded during measurement. For more information, refer the Report In Measurements activity.
