Enter Coordinator

Explanation

Use this activity to connect a coordinator to a work order. The coordinator is the person who is responsible for the customer order. This activity is only used in the Service Management solution. 

Prerequisites

Before a coordinator is connected to the work order, the following must have been completed:

• Information on the coordinator must have been entered in Coordinators.
• The work order must have been retrieved in the window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a coordinator is connected to the work order.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter the information:

1. Select the CO Information tab.
2. In the Coordinator field, use List of Values to select a suitable coordinator.
3. Save the information.
