Report In Route Work Order

Explanation

This activity is used to report the employee and time information related to performing the work specified in the route work order. This activity is performed by the contractor using the Business-to-Business interface.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, information about the employee and maintenance organization, including the hourly rate, must have been entered in the Organization Basic Data window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the personnel costs on the route work order are updated.

1. Click on the WO No link in the Active Route Work Orders portlet. The Report In Route page is opened.
2. Enter employee and time information and save the record.
