Use this activity to report in time for work that an employee has performed on the work order. Time can be reported for a particular maintenance organization, time type, craft or employee. If IFS/Service Management is used, information on the sales part, i.e., the service, is also entered.
Note: If the EDITWOTIME property code is defined for your company and has the property value YES, it will be possible to continue reporting or modifying time when the day for the employee is confirmed, authorized or transferred. If the property value is set to No, then it will not be possible to update the time for the employee once the day is confirmed, authorized or transferred.
As a result of this activity, the costs derived from reported time on the work order are updated.
