Print Quotation

Explanation

Use this activity to print the work order quotation. When the quotation with the FollowUp status is accepted then you can choose to print the quotation.

Prerequisites

Before the quotation is printed, the following must have been completed:

• The work order quotation must have been accepted.

System Effects

After the work order quotation is printed, the status is set to Printed.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to print the quotation.

1. In the Print Order Confirmation field, select Yes.
2. Click Finish. The quotation is printed.
