View Planned Costs

Explanation

Use this activity to view planned costs related to this service request. Planned costs for personnel will automatically be displayed if a standard job containing crafts is linked to the service request. Planned costs for material will automatically be displayed if a standard job containing material items is linked to the service request.

Prerequisites

Before you will be able to view the planned cost, the following must have been completed:

• The standard  identity containing material items and crafts must have been linked to the service request.
• The current work order must have been retrieved in window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the planned costs connected to the standard job are displayed in the window.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to view the planned costs:

Select the Budget tab.
2. Use the Query function to retrieve the service request and display the planned costs.
