Use this page to view documents connected to the work order, order quotation, project or equipment. You may also (depending on the user’s access) add documents, delete them and create new revisions to documents. Documents connected to the project and sub project levels can only be viewed. Documents can be added and deleted, and new revisions can be created for documents connected to work orders and project activities. Documents connected to order quotations can be viewed, added and deleted but new revisions cannot be created.
The rules for deleting a document revision connected to the objects above are as follows:
Note: The reason for giving the B2B user administrator access to documents is so that he/she should be able to create new revisions of the documents and to set the old revision to obsolete.
