Use this window to view support faults. This window contains several tabs to support fault trapping. Based on a selected product, model, and function number, together with fault code from registering faults in a selected time frame, historical information for repaired faults can give support on later occasions or similar repairs of the same kind of faults. To execute queries with selected parameters, click Populate, and to remove the result from a query use the Clear button.
